Title: Replace function returns "Search String Not Found" Post by: hugh_m on September 23, 2003, 08:12:58 pm I really love this program. Recently I upgraded to the latest version 1.4.2. Suddenly, the Replace function is not working anymore. Instead I get a "Search String Not Found!" message box. Even when I tried a simple Replace of the character 'a' using 'abc' as search string, I still get this message.
In any case, the Find and Replace All functions work as normal. Thanks. Replaced the first instance, then message "Search String Not Found!". Then replace some more times & then message pops up again.
Win2K. 1.42. Just using the "Replace" tab (not Replace All). Match word/case not selected. Title: Replace function returns "Search String Not Found" Post by: laserlight on September 25, 2003, 03:00:17 am Yes, I have this problem with win98 2nd ed. as well.
The bug appears everytime, didnt notice it earlier as I was using replace all, not replace. |
