I guess that he is looking for a function that exist in eg TextPad. When you copy a text (in any program on the computer) and have TextPad running, you will have all clipboard contents added to a Textpad.clipboard list...
So I guess that zencodex wants to start win32pad (maybe check an option) then go to an other program and starts copying text. For each time the user makes a copy (and it is text) win32pad will add a new line and then the clipboard in the win32pad window.
