Win32Pad 1.5.3 Feedback

Win32pad can cut, but can not *copy* chinese characters!

**Excellent Editor**

A few things:
1. Remembering the last file type would be handy, for those who use the editor for non-default file types.
2. When using the "Execute" tool on the toolbar, if the file has been modified a Yes-No-Cancel alert appears. Clicking "Cancel" should abort the "Execute", but currently behaves the same as clicking "No".
3. An option to suppress the "Do you wish to save the changes?" alert when using the execute tool.
4. A hot key, say ctrl-E, for "Execute"
