I have resumed development.

I have my home PC working again. Had to change a couple of parts and I also upgraded my system while I was at it. I am resuming my development. The current TODO list is to get win32get working and to get a release out. Maybe even an alpha version, at least this way I'll get some feedback on it. Then I want to fix up the bugs reported in the forums in Win32Pad.
