RWhois is Win32Whois is causing trouble

It has been brought to my attention that RWhois is causing some trouble in Win32Whois client. Please disable it if it's hanging or not returning proper results.

In order to disable it under Options menu find RWhois item. Make sure it's unchecked. (selecting it will toggle the option on/off).

P.S. I am going to change the defaults not to default to using RWhois for the next release. You will still need to either disable the option or remove the INI file for the defaults to go into effect.
