Website/Software News.

Here are my current TODO items:

1. Win32Pad bugfix release. I already have a few bugs that were found/reported. These should be addressed and released shortly.
2. Win32Whois - I am currently rewriting it. The current version is not rfc compliant. (Doesn't work for all cases, you might see Error boxes popping up while trying to retrieve information) The new version will be much better with a redesigned GUI.
3. Website needs some cleanup and fixes. Certain sections of the site will be revamped.
