Website Updates

I have started doing some small cleanups on various parts of my website. One of the first things was finally fixing the Forum rules. (It wouldn't allow guests to browse the forums, oops.)

Also if you already noticed I have updated the main/start page.

P.S. I am preparing a small bugfix/update to Win32Pad which should fix a few small things that peoplem reported. Also i forgot to include a small item in my Changelog:
+ Added Auto-Indent feature. (When hitting Enter will try to find the first non-space character, useful for programmers)
