Website Updates

For those that noticed the new Win32Pad design, I have updated the rest of the programs to have a similar look. Personally I think that the new layout is more informative and nicer looking.

Please let me know what you think of the new design. Also please let me know if you find any problems or broken links. (I could have missed something)
