Win32Pad 1.5.9

Here is a small bugfix release that should resolve reported issues.

Changes since 1.5.8:
x Fixed File->Save As file extension handling.
x Fixed right click Indent menu item being disabled.
x Fixed Installer: Will not show a readme mesagebox for silent installation.
