Win32Pad Status.

I want to thank tinyapps.org for giving Win32Pad "Green Award". From their FAQ:

* The "Green Award" is given to tiny apps which:

• do not require installation
• do not write to the registry
• do not create or modify files outside of their own directories

On another note I am working on another version of Win32Pad. It will add a few nice features and a bunch of bug fixes of course. Stay tuned.
