Win32Spy 0.3 Released

I have revived, cleaned up and fixed up Win32Spy to be much better than before. Here is the new ersion of Win32Spy 0.3.

Changes since 0.2:
+ Added Window Rectange/Size information
+ Cleaned up the UI.
+ Fixed handling of controls that are inside Group Boxes.
+ Added About window
+ Added version information to the executable.
