Website News.

I am currently redoing general website spring cleaning. Let me know what you think of some of the changes:
- Redone the main page.
- Moved the news into it's own section of the site.
- I have also removed E-mail addresses from the Guestbook. (I have logs of some people gathering e-mail addresses.)
