Website Updates.

Updated the forum page w/ the layout of the entire site to be more consistent. Also updated win32get page to be more upto date.

Things that I managed to get working today are:

• Fixed FTP resume and other various fixes.
• Created Authentication Dialog.
• Added HTTP Authentication support.
• Added authentication support to FTP and HTTP. It will ask for new login/password if login failed.

P.S. For those waiting to start testing this alpha version I will try to get a somewhat stable version of what I currently have in a couple of days.

P.S.S. I also wanted to wish Hag Sameach and Shana Tova (Happy New Year) to those of our visitors that are celebrating Jewish holidays.
