Win32Pad 1.0.14.1

I went and fixed that annoying bug which came up when you open a file w/ a long filename and when you try to save it then it tries to use the short filename instead. This should solve it for the most common cases, however if the path is really long then it will try to use the short filename. Also went and updated to the latest NSIS installer, also had to fix up my install script a bit. So give it a try and let me know.
